The questions that he was not able to answer, he texted me the information a couple days later. I still had a few months to go before I turn 65 but he kept contact with me and remembered my situation. Last week I meet with him so he could help me pick up a medicare advantage plan. He live in the other side of town but he was able to find a meeting place close to my home. He listen to what I was hoping to get from the plan. Thank to his knowledge and experience, we were able to pick up a very good plan for me. He told me that he is going to be there for me if I need him .

I don't know what I would have done without his plentiful assistance!! Texts and phone calls late evenings and on weekends. Relentless is getting everything in place. Watching stuff so I didn't need to watch. Correcting stuff with providers. Three way telephone conversations. Researching the supplements/ part D meds to get me what I wanted. Guiding me through the process. **Allow him to assist you.** He did me real good!!! Thank you Bob - I would have been utterly lost in this process. You guided me through all these roadblocks. I could tell during his seminar that he would go to bat for his clients if there was ever an issue. He is super personable and will take whatever time is needed to make sure you understand the choices you have and that you make the best selection for your situation. Medicare can be very confusing and I was so grateful to Bob for his expertise and the time he took to walk me through the process. He is super patient, and believe me he had to be because I had a LONG list of questions and he took time to answer every one and find any answers for me if he didn't know. My friend and I set up a meeting to apply for Medicare, my friend was having a hard time understanding. He explained it to her in an easy manner, He made applying for Medicare very easy and kept us informed. We went back to apply for the insurance. Bob explained the options and benefits for several insurances that would be a good choice. Bob made it easy and fun and explained any. issues or concerns. Also, I have eye disorder and have difficulty. with computer screens. He helped me with my Medicare application. I deeply appreciate this. I highly recommend Bob to anyone who is turning 65.
